If you're new here or are joining me on the tour from Crisp Collective, welcome! My favorite thing to do when decorating is to challenge myself to use things I already have on hand or can gather from our garden and woods. I also travel with scissors in my van to snip roadside flowers and grasses. Most of my tablescapes are very organic and natural.
I was inspired this Fall to use these beautiful purple beautyberries that grow in our yard.
I started the layering the center of the table with purple cheese cloth (found that at Hobby Lobby for $2 on sale) and then added layers of Muscadine grape vines from our garden.
Antique brass adds warm metal accents to the table. I always like tuck in a little something unexpected in a tablescape, like this cute little brass quail family.
I used dried hydrangeas and the beautyberry stems to make arrangements for each end of the table. I love the greens and purples in the flowers.
One of my favorite things on this table is my sugar mold. I filled it with pears to bring some more green in.
These antique napkins were embroidered by my husband's great-grandmother and great-aunts. I love to use these special heirlooms whenever I can. A little bunch of beautyberry and a grape leaf added a little color to the plate and napkin.
The chandelier above the table also got a draping of Muscadine grapevines. I was glad to find a few grapes still on the vine.
So that's my Fall porch tablescape! Thanks so much for stopping by to see it. Now you can continue the tour by heading over to Carrie Carried Affair Designs and see her pretty table.
And here is everyone sharing a tablescape today for the Fall Tabletop Tour:
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh Dara! You've done it again. I adore your fall tablescape! I love how you incorporate local plants and flowers into your design. The Muscadine grape vines are beautiful and I have never seen or heard of beautyberries, but gosh they are gorgeous! I love your creative idea of putting the pears in the sugar mold too. I have one, but never would have thought of that. You've inspired me! Your porch tablescapes are always so inspiring and this one for fall is no exception. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Your outdoor dining space is amazing! I am so impressed at how you manage to use so many natural elements found around your home. It's beautiful and inexpensive.
